Relationship Counselling

Relationship Counselling
Designed for couples, as the session will be focused on the relationship between the two people rather than the individuals in the relationship. These sessions are valuable in learning how to relate to each other and move past the blocks that may be preventing the relationship from developing. The difference that relationship counselling can make to children effected by the relationship can be invaluable to their growth and sense of self.
While couple counselling can concentrate on intimate relationships, these sessions are not necessarily restricted to you and your partner. Sessions can benefit any relationship between family members, friends and even work colleagues. Relationship counselling can also be a valuable process in helping minimise the issues between separated parents who have children in common. Often only one partner chooses to engage in counselling and gain the strategies to break the cycles of recurring negative patterns. In many cases, the reluctant partner then sees the results counselling is having on the relationship and decides to participate.
